For the last 4 weeks of our spring meat CSA we will be trying something different, and hopefully fun! Each week's box will be themed around traditional dishes from different countries. We're kicking off this week with our "Passport to Spain" themed box. When Pete was a teenager, his parent's were stationed in Gibraltar and he was able to visit many parts of Spain while they lived there. Early in our marriage I learned to cook some of his favorite Spanish dishes like Tortilla Española and Paella, both of which are on the menu this week! We hope you will crack open a bottle of Rioja and enjoy this week's menu!
