This week we have a new product from our butcher - hot Italian sausage links! This inspired us to create an Italian-themed box for our meat CSA customers this week! There will be recipes for Bucatini all'Amatriciana, Lasagna Bolonese, Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Italian Sausage, and Chicken Cacciatore on the blog this week!
