This week our CSA members are traveling to Germany for a Battle of the Brats (our Mangalitsa Pork Brats, vs. our neighbors, Tim & Amelia, at Greentown Farm's Garlic Beef Brats) - spoiler alert - it's too hard to choose! We're also making some traditional German grilled pork chops (with foraged juniper berries!) and the quintessential food of every bierhalle in Germany - Schweinshaxe (Bavarian Roasted Pork Hocks).
