Fior di Latte (Full-fat brined mozzarella)

Cultured, fresh, brined, full-fat mozzarella. The slow and traditional method of making mozzarella, when made with cow’s milk it is called “fior di latte” in Italian, which means “flower of milk.” Excellent for caprese salad or pizza margherita.
