SUMMER CSA beigns on JULY 12th and ends September 30th!
 
Sign up for either 4 weeks or 12 weeks of farm fresh products picked up here on the farm OR delivered right to your doorstep! You can opt to subscribe month-to-month or subscribe to all 12 weeks up front.
 
This summer we will be offering Pasture-raised Chicken, Pasture-raised Mangalitsa Pork, Grass-fed and Finished Angus/Waygu Beef, and Pasture-raised Eggs. We have a meat + eggs option and a meat only (no eggs) option. Each weekly box will include $60 worth of meat. Typically this is about 4-6lbs of meat. We include a variety of cuts to try each week from at least 2 species. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions and can't eat certain types of meat, please just let us know!
 
If you're ordering the meat + eggs option you will also recieve a dozen pasture-raised eggs alongside your meat! (**THIS OPTION IS SOLD OUT**)

We are a very small farm and have a very limited number of CSA spots, so when you sign up you are joining something very special! Our farm becomes your farm, and we can't wait to share its abundance with you!
 
Each week we will be sharing inspiring recipes on our blog so that you can make the most of the ingredients in your weekly delivery!
 
Your weekly delivery will be packaged in a hard cooler so you can rest assured that all your products will be safe and fresh!
 
You can expect a variety of different cuts each week. Possible items would include: Smokehouse bacon, country breakfast sausage links, bulk country sausage, Italian sausage, chorizo, bratwurst, spare ribs, pork chops, pork tenderloin, pork roasts, ground pork, ham steaks, smoked sausages, chicken breasts, chicken thighs, chicken legs, chicken wings, whole chicken, ground beef, garlic beef brats, beef stew meat.  We will also periodically have the option for you to add-on or substitute in some premium Angus/Waygu steaks.
 
We are a small farm and have a very limited number of CSA spots! For month-to-month subscriptions, you will be reminded to renew your subscription one week before the new month starts. If you no longer wish to receive your deliveries you must cancel at that time to allow us time to open your spot up to someone else. Thank you!
 
Our goal is to produce the most nutrient dense, healthy foods possible for our family and yours! As always, our animals are raised on pasture 24/7, with plenty of exercise, fresh air, and sunshine! Our ruminant animals are grain-free, eating only grass and hay. Animals that are supplemented with foods in addition to their forage (pigs and chickens) get only non-gmo whole foods such as peanuts, whole oats, milo, sunflower seeds, sweet potatoes, field peas, and prunings from our vegetable garden and we never feed soy. We also never use antibiotics or hormones. Our vegetables are never sprayed with pesticides or herbicides, heck we don't even spray with the stuff that's approved for organic production! Instead we try to mimic nature in order to cultivate healthy plants, animals, and soil.
